Hi, I have received your order and installed them but they all flapping about when is windy and is not like we had big winds and 1 of them is definitely gets stuck at open position after using fan not able to check others 2 as my duck work to short waiting for electrician come and sort it out, any thoughts?

A Hello GailThat would depend in the diameter of the hole which (if for an extract fan) is most likely to be 100mm (bathroom) or 150mm (kitchen).
I want to construct a 150mm round duct to outside using 150mm pipe, one System 150 90 degree bend and terminating with this gravity grille. The pipe lists the socket size as 150mm and the bend lists a spigot size of 149mm which seems right. However this gravity grille lists a spigot size of 146mm. Is the gravity grille designed to connect directly into the 150mm pipe or do I need an additional connection?

What diameter hole do I have to drill to accept this vent?

A Hello Peter A 6 Core drill hole needs to be drilled for the pipe to go though the wall and the grille will fit directly on to the pipe and will screw to the wall.
