Delivery Information

UP TO 1.6 METRE LENGTH

Orders of stocked items will be processed immediately, and usually delivered in 1 to 4 working days. Where available, you will be emailed a tracking number for your delivery once despatched.

Prices will vary depending on the items in your basket . Each courier has their own length and weight limitations, and may not be available when placing your order.

Next Working Day Orders: If order is placed before noon and all items are in stock, the order will be sent out the same day for next working day delivery. We ship orders Monday to Friday.*

For example if you place a next day order on Friday after the cut of time, this will likely get sent out the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday* which is the next working day after sending out the goods.

Please note that next day orders are not guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances that could occur with the courier or missing stock.

Long length and large diameter items require special courier shipping and may incur additional shipping charges.

If you order online, after selecting the relevant delivery option you will receive an email or phone call from our dispatch team to confirm the additional costs (this is in addition to the standard confirmation email you will receive). You order will not be despatched until you have confirmed the supplement.

Stocked goods are usually received 4 to 5 working days after order confirmation.

“Courier Remote” Shipping option: Shipping price dependent on size of shipment.

Direct from factory stocked goods are usually received 2 to 7 working days after order confirmation.

Non stocked items from multiple suppliers may incur higher shipping costs.

You are welcome to collect your order from our trade counter. Please call us on 0208 463 9696 to confirm that the items are in stock and to agree a collection date/time. We will then aim to have your order ready for you.

Product Status

The delivery options that are available will depend on the product status as listed below:

If your order has items that are currently out of stock, we will order them for you. You will receive an email or phone call from one of our dispatch team with the expected date of delivery once we have confirmed delivery dates from our suppliers.

You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if the lead time is longer than expected.

This applies to all our goods except non-stock or non reusable items such as chemicals, coatings, plasters, clearance items etc where the item has been opened, and to special order items (items built to order or not carried in stock). Goods must be returned in resaleable condition, complete with all contents and packaging.
