New Feature: Product Questions & Answers

Here at i-sells.co.uk we are always improving to bring you the best customer service, and shopping experience. We understand that buying ducting and ventilation products online rather than in a physical store can be difficult. You cannot pick up and inspect the product, making it harder to determine if it is what you are looking for. The difficulty with online shopping in most cases is the lack of information, whether it is the picture or the description that do not answer your question about a product.

Our first solution, is the product Questions & Answers. The questions you ask will help us understand your needs, and help us to improve your experience on i-sells.co.uk. Whether it is by adding additional images or explaining more about the product.

How do I ask a product question?
When browsing our website, once you are on a individual product page just underneath the main product image you’ll see:

Here you can see how many questions or answers a product has. See if an answer already exists before asking a question.

Click “Ask a Question” and you will be taken to a new page where you can type in your question. We will inform you of the product answer to the email you provide and also post it on our website, to help other people. We aim to respond within 24 hours on a working day.
