Aluminium Flexible Ducting Hose
Kair Aluminium Flexible Round Ducting Hose for use with extractor fans, cooling systems, cooker hoods, and tumble dryers.
This is a light and very flexible hose Made in the UK using a 5 layer laminate of aluminium/polyester. It is a versatile product which can be used for low and medium pressure heating, ventilation, cooling, and exhaust systems.
We recommend that you connect the hose to the relevant spigot/outlet and fix in place using a metal hose clip.
- Max / Min Temperature: +150c / -30c.
- Maximum Operating Pressure: 2500 Pa.
- Maximum air velocity: 30m/sec.
- Bending radius: 0.54 x D.
- Conforms to UK BS476 parts 6, 7 and 20 (54923, 54068, 53442)
Perfectly suited for ducting your Bathroom or Kitchen extractor fan, Hydroponics, In-Line Extract Fans, Tumble Dryer, or Cooker Hood. This flexible hose can be used as a part of a long ductwork run for a variety of purposes including whole-house ventilation, passive stack vent, air conditioning, positive pressure ventilators, HVAC, and Heat Recovery Systems.

The ducting will come through the ceiling under the edge of a beam 3.5 inches thick

We also do a semi rigid pipe (QS25) with the bending radius of 1/2 D radius. With flexible ducting you have to make sure that it is pulled very taut where as the semi rigid pipe you can manipulate it into an S shape or an 90degree bend.
