We are looking for a solution for our damp basement teaching room in our Art Centre, we currently use a dehumidifier but need a more permanent solution. The room has access to an outside wall but the wall thickness is 600 cm and at an angle of 45 degrees. Would this unit be suitable? Any advice would be gratefully received.

Fresh filtered air is supplied to the property via a separate air channel within the heat exchanger and brought into the property to replace the extracted air.As long as the unit is operating correctly there should not normally be a large build up of condensation in the unit because teh unit is continuously extracting the damp air. However, we do recommend that the unit is fitted at a slight downwards angle as per the installation instructions to help act as a natural drain for any minor amoutn of condensation that may build up.Kind regards, Michael
