- With the growing concerns about over ventilating properties, the Multispeed Multivent offers the option of ‘Close Control’ both in the residential and the commercial sectors. With a DC motor that can be set to ventilate any area up to 444m3, the Multispeed Multivent is one of the most efficient central extract units in the UK.
- The unit has 2 fully variable speed for trickle and boost, with a switched live (LS) activation to the higher speed.
- The new potentiometer controlled speed selector allows accurate setting of airflow, ensuring exactly the right ventilation rate. This feature also reduces noise, and energy consumption.

Hi, How many rooms can this extract from? I am hoping to use it for 2 bathrooms, 1 WC and a utility room. That is 4 rooms in total. Also does it have a built in over run timer? Can this be wired to 4 lighting circuits and be off until the lights are on as a traditional extractor fan would?

Many thanks, joeanswer nowA Hello JoeThe unit is classified as a whole house extraction system (wet areas) and has a high end rate of extraction at 444M3 so more than capable of dealing with the rooms you describe.It is variable speed for continuous running with a second variable boost speed. I think you would need to ask a qualified electrician about the light activated speed control from several switches.
