Kitchens produce a lot of humidity, so I suggest using a good extractor fan, like the Nuaire Cyfan or Greenwood Omnique, which can extract up to 60 litres per second.

Heat recovery systems are not advised for kitchens because cooking grease can clog the ducts.

Use a cooker hood above the stove and an extractor fan to remove moisture. If ventilation is needed in the lounge and there is an exterior wall, a K-HRV150 might be suitable, depending on the room size
