If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it here.

Steps to reset your password:

1. Go Here
2. Enter the email address you used to register with us.
3. Click “Send Password Reminder”
4. Check the inbox of your email provider, if you cannot find it in your inbox, check the spam folder.
5. The email will contain further instructions

Your VAT invoice is only generated after your order has been despatched and will be sent to you by email.

Unsubscribe link in emails

With every email we send there will be a “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email. This gives you an option to leave our mailing list every time we send an email.

Please note that we also send system notifications and emails, these will be automated requests such as password reset email or order notification. These emails will not usually contain an unsubscribe link as they are usually sent on your request and are “one-off” type of emails.
