Stocked Items: 
Orders of stocked items will be processed immediately, and usually delivered in 1 to 4 working days

Next Working Day Orders:
If order is placed before noon and all items are in stock, the order will be sent out the same day for next working day delivery. We ship orders Monday to Friday.*

Non Stocked & Fabricated Items:

Price is on application and will depend on the product availability and delivery location.

Direct from factory stocked goods are usually received 2 to 7 working days after order confirmation.

Non stocked items from multiple suppliers may incur higher shipping costs.

Excludes Highlands, Islands, and Certain Postcodes.

Check your order confirmation email for tracking information. Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with all the tracking information inside.

Orders sent via Royal Mail post are untrackable, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

Direct from factory – please email dispatch, and as soon as we have any answers will advise you.

Please inspect the item thoroughly for damage BEFORE signing for it or accepting it. If damage has occured, only sign for the item as damaged or reject the delivery. We cannot pursue the issue with our couriers if this is not done.

You will receive an email which will confirm that order is available to collect

We are open Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 17:30pm. We also work on Saturdays from 9:00am to 12:00pm, but call us before visiting on a Saturday.

Usually this means that the order has been split into 2 or more shipments which should arrive on the same day or the next. This will either be because they are coming from a different warehouse, or the delivery times on the individual products aren’t the same. If you still feel something is wrong please call on 0208 463 9696

We always pass on any comments for the couriers such as leaving your parcel in a safe location, however every courier policies differ and a signature is usually required.
