Yes you will receive a VAT invoice after your good are dispatched. This will be sent to you by email.

Yes. All our online orders are processed through a secure payment service using up to 256 bit encryption system. 

Currently we require a registration to place an order. 

We suggest you wait until your goods have been successfully delivered before you book a fitter or electrician.

Currently we are unable to make amendments to orders, but you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead.

If you have changed your mind and want to cancel your order, contact us right away.

But you need to be quick as you have a limited amount of time after placing your order to cancel it depending on the delivery option you’ve selected and the time of day.

To make order processing more efficient, we use automated systems that send orders to the warehouse team instantly to be picked, it is a difficult process to stop so please call us asap to try and stop it.

In case it is too late to cancel, don’t worry, you can still return your items for a full refund.
