30m Tecfix Banding

Manufactured from corrosion-resistant galvanised mild steel strip 0.9mm thick, and supplied in 30-metre coils. The elongated holes are punched at 30mm pitch to simplify alignment and fixing. Complies with the requirements of DW144.

Tecfix is a new banding system which has been designed and is engineered using the very latest technology and equipment. As a result, Tecfix offers the benefits of both quality engineering and very competitive pricing. With the Tecfix system, it is easy to produce worm drive clips of any size in seconds. The innovative built-in measuring system enables any size up to 350mm diameter to be simply “dialled up” eliminating measuring, guesswork and wastage. The unique one-piece locking mechanism with tilting head provides very fast clamping by hand – only final tightening by screw or hex. The head driver is necessary to complete a perfectly airtight joint.
