Kair Anti Mould Paint is an excellent, premium quality, low odour anti mould coating guaranteed to protect against unsightly and unhygienic black mould even when there is persistent condensation.

Ideal for walls and ceilings in private and social housing. It is fully washable and resistant to the effects of condensation when the coating is fully dried out.

The anti mould biocide is combined throughout the paint film, which is formulated to impart toughness, elasticity, water resistance and durability to the finish.

Ensure any working area is protected and well ventilated. Remove any loose or flaking material, including paint and paper and make good any cracks or defects.

Wash mouldy surfaces with Kair Anti Mould Surface Cleanser Concentrate.

On heavily stained surfaces, apply a universal anti stain Primer.

On new plasterwork or porous surfaces, apply an initial coat of Kair Anti Mould Paint thinned up to 10% with water. New plasterwork should be allowed to dry for 7 – 14 days before any decoration.

Allow prepared surfaces to dry thoroughly.

Stir thoroughly before use.

Apply 2 full coats of Kair Anti Mould Paint by brush or roller. Each coat should be dry after 2 – 4 hours, depending on conditions.

Clean tools with clean tap water.

To maintain the anti mould properties, this paint must not be over-coated with any other paint or paper. For full information and application instructions, refer to technical datasheet available from Kair.

50ml pot converts any 2.5 litre pot or tub of ordinary decorative paint, tile grout, or wallpaper paste into a mould-resistant paint or mould resistant coating for walls and ceilings and forms a barrier against future toxic mould growth.
