A Hello RonInteresting question and the answer is a reserved yes.The product is much stronger than normal flexible air duct but not as strong as Tecflex which is manufactured for industrial dust extraction and which I would unreservedly recommend as suitable.The deciding factor though is price with Tecflex at 300.00 for 10m and this product at 43.00 for 6m.So in conclusion the answer is yes it would be suitable but we could not predict how long it would last being used for that application. I hope this helps.

Very tough but still very flexible. Much tougher than standard PVC. Bought to replace standard PVC in difficult to reach/install position that needed strength for angles and pull.
