KAIR SYSTEM FEMALE THREADED HOSE CONNECTOR
The threaded side allows you to secure Kair PVC flexible hose into place without the need for clips, and to connect to male fittings such as Kair bends, reducers, or connectors.
- Made in the UK using high-quality material.
- The smooth female spigot will fit over male fittings.
- Max / Min Temperature: +60c / -5c.
- For permanent fixings, seal joints with silicone sealant or tape.
- Please note, we do not recommend using solvent cement with flexible hose.
Kair Round Ducting provides superior airflow performance when compared with smaller diameter systems. It is perfect for long duct runs for high power extraction systems and whole-house ventilation purposes where pressure drop needs to be minimised.
Kair ductwork is perfectly suited for ducting your bathroom or kitchen extractor fan, hydroponics, in-line extract fans, or a cooker hood. This flexible hose can be used as a part of a long ductwork run for a variety of purposes including whole-house ventilation, passive stack vent, air conditioning, positive pressure ventilators, HVAC, and heat recovery systems.

The best number to call is 0208 463 9696.The nearest to 98mm would be 100mm in our range but we dont have any reducers that reduce to 90mm. The nearest to 90mm that our reducers go down to is 80mm - DOM019.Kind regards, Marc

It looks like the decimal place was missed out there, and it should all be fixed now!This item is designed to connect to a standard size flexible hose to a male fitting. Typically a 100mm pipe will be a FEMALE fitting, so you would need a threaded connector with a male end to connect to it. Luckily, we have just the part! If you search for DUCVKC10 in the search bar it should come up with the male version of the product.You could also look at DUCVKC260 as an alternative option - This is a wall plate with damper which would allow you to connect to both your pipe and your flexible hose, but as this has no threads you could either use this in conjunction with DUCVKC11 to achieve a nice and secure fit, or you could use a hose clip (DUCVKC264) to secure this on.If you have any other queries please do not hesitate to ask! Can you just confirm that this connector (smooth female side) will connect directly onto the 100mm pipe ref DUCVKC252 OR or similar or is there a requirement to install a DUCEK28 to join the two together?. OR is it more suitable to use a DUCVKC10? Just looking to connect the two. Thanks
