Also, Can I site them below ground in a chamber, venting at ground level?answer nowA Hello DaveThese are pretty much fit and forget there is no real service requirement though if for Radon mitigation they would need regular monitoring to ensure that they are still functioning and fit for purpose, depending on the location they may possibly require cleaning.If using as PIV for the dilution of Radon drawing in air at low level through ducting then some sort of insect mesh may be required and protection against rainwater splash, or the creation of an upstand. If venting out at low level this may just require weather protection.
