Rytons Multifix air brick allows passive ventilation to take place by creating a small space in the existing brickwork of a property.
This space allows a small amount of fresh air to enter the property, creating airflow. Without airflow, the old air can become stale and mould can begin to form.
It is easily installed by building the air brick into the wall of the property (see video for installation technique), it is even possible to retrofit an air brick if required.
Rytons take care to make sure their air bricks blend into your surrounding brickwork, so they have been designed in a variety of finishes.
They are also protected against the suns UV rays which tend to weaken plastics over time, which lengthens their lifetime.

We do black hole ventilators that may be of some use to you these have free air spaces from 30cm2 - 100cm2. Please see below the codes for these products for you to have a look at.
