Can this vent be used as an equivalent to 25mm continuous venting?

A Hi AndyContinuous soffit vents give more air flow you would just need to calculate how many of these you would need to install, if you are retro fitting and looking at these because they are easier to install you may have to install a lot and then it may be worth looking at alternative loft vents such as slate vents or roof tile vents or ridge tile vents.QS38947 / 8 / 9I hope this helpsIan
