Curved Access Door
- Suitable for high, medium and low pressure applications
- No rivets or screws required
- Curved access door supplied complete with fixing template
- Suitable for spiral and straight seamed circular ducts

This unique range of curved duct access doors are designed to provide inexpensive and trouble-free access to fire and volume control dampers and associated ventilation and air conditioning equipment mounted within ductwork.
Correctly installed, these doors provide an airtight seal up to 2500 Pa. In this respect, they exceed the requirements of HVCA DW144 specification, classes A, B and C.
The range of six sizes has been carefully selected to provide suitably sized apertures relative to the size of ducting selected.
Doors are available to suit duct diameters from 76mm to 2000mm diameter. Every door is supplied complete with a self-adhesive template which eliminates the need for any measuring or marking out.

Do they make a PVC coated access door for round spiral?

Is the access door suitable for ducts with kitchen fumes with a grease content? Shouls I be concerned about grease/fat accumulation around the edges introduced by adding an access panel?

If it is a commercial application then we do advise that a filter box be installed within the duct run. Can this access door be retro fitted to 600mm ducting?

A Hello Tim, Yes this is suitable for use with 600mm ducting and it can be retrofitted as long as you have enough working space and can gain access to the duct.
