Airbrick With Damper Flap 150X70mm
Product Details:
Kair SYS-125 Airbrick – White Colour – Cover Size: 221mm x 80mm – Spigot Size: 146mm x 65mm – Max / Min Temperature: +60c / -15c. Part of the Kair Rectangular System 125 Ducting Range (150mm x 70mm Duct Dimension).
Easy to fit and durable. Designed to connect to other Kair SYS-125 parts. The spigot on the back is 146mm x 65mm, therefore, both straight pipe (Female fittings) and connector bends (Male fittings) will fit over the spigot. Also fits other non-Kair ranges. Built to last out of Polystyrene/Polypropylene PVC material.
The performance and dimensions of the Kair System 125 Range make it ideal to use in Kitchens and Bathrooms, where duct runs can easily be concealed above units or ceiling voids. Perfectly suited for ducting your bathroom or kitchen extractor fan, hydroponics, in-line extract fan, tumble dryer, or a cooker hood. This air brick can be used as a part of a long ductwork run for a variety of purposes including whole-house ventilation, passive stack vent, air conditioning, HVAC, and Heat Recovery Systems.
Airflow performance independently tested by BSRIA or BRE. Free Air: 4,114mm2. Static Pressure Drop in Pascals: 15 l/s: 23.66 Pa – 30 l/s: 44.40 Pa – 60 l/s: 100.39 Pa.

Can this grill be used in the soffit of a roof?

A Hi David. Yes it can, but the hole would need to be cut big enough to accommodate the 150x70 ducting, as the grille will fit inside the ducting at the back.Kind regards, Marc

The VKC616-TC is for a 150x70 system, which is equivalent to 5 inch, so the only way you can convert 4 inch round pipe and end up with a VKC616-TC at the end is buy purchasing VKC603, VKC355, VKC613, VKC604 and then the VKC616-TC.Kind regards, Marc.

Hi, I think I have worked out this is the correct size for my airbrick but I need one with a damper. Does this have a damper or, do you do one with a damper this size. Would prefer brown or clay coloured if possible but would make do with beige if not.

This Airbrick does indeed include a damper flap, as shown in picture number three (Viewable here).
