Kair Gravity Grille Wall Vent

Suitable for spiral or rigid plastic ducting, the Kair wall outlet features gravity flaps which automatically open when an extract fan is in use, and close when not.
This action prevents both draughts and water entering the duct run when the fan is not in use, the further addition of a weather seal amplifies its weatherproofing properties.
Its stainless-steel construction protects against weathering such as; corrosion and rusting, prolonging the lifetime of the grille.
Perfect for applications such as cooker hood and tumble dryer extraction.

I am keen to prevent bugs, noise and esp cold air coming back into the house.

A Good morning James. All the time the fan isnt extracting, the shutters would be closed, so it is unlikely bugs or cold air would come up the duct run. It would also be a little quieter than a louvred grille would be too.Kind regards, Marc
