Would this grille be suitable for a ducting hole o 180mm diameter?

A Good morning Peter. The Grill will have a 200mm spigot on the back, so the ducting going through the wall would need to be 200mm. You would have to unscrew any grille to get to your fan as we do not do an external or internal grille that the front comes straight off. You could however install an access door within the ducting if you have ducting near to the fan so you will be able to gain access to the fan to clean. Unfortunately I cannot offer any discount on these particular items. There is no spigot on the back. The ducting will butt up to the circular hole.

I currently have a fixed open louvre to allow air to be drawn in from the outside for combustion of my gas fired tumble driers in my laundrette. However the cold air from outside is making the premises cold, and I was wondering if a gravity flap grill would open from the suction being created inside the premises when the driers are operating and then close under gravity when the driers are not operating thereby reducing the amount of cold air entering the premises.

The flaps on this grille will close but if the area is windy then you will hear them banging and a blow back of air may come through. What can you really write about a 200mm gravity flap shutter grill? It arrived well packed It was soundly made It was easy to fit It works Wasnt cheap, but not many suppliers of what I needed….
