Due to the application being commercial please could you advise if you have spoken with an M&E consultant who has advise the duty's required IE: Airflow required, Room Size, How long the duct run will be and if any bends are required. What kind of cooker hood would work with the Monsoon external fan?answer nowA To be honest with you, we wouldnt recommend that, as its not designed for that purpose. The benefits of cooker hoods are, a) they tend to have very high flow rates, and b) they have grease filters that prevent grease from cooking clogging up the duct run.Kind regards, Marc

A Hi Amit, and thanks for the question.The fan is speed controllable, but the manufacturers dont list the speed in numbers, as they recommend a variable speed controller.
